Connecting DR DX and FSR pins of MCBSP

Hi,

I want to connect DX pin of MCBSP1 to DR and FSR pins of MCSBP1 or with DR and FSR pins of MCBSP0, in DLB mode DX and DR pins are multiplexed but is there any way to connect DX to FSR also?

I am using c6416. I am trying to verify MCBSP-UART communication. For this I need to short DR, DX and FSR pins because I am sending framing info on data line DX.

Hello Sundas,

Yes, you can short DR, DX and FSR pins for your verification as these are not multiplexed among each other. Please refer terminal functions in device data manual for pin mapping.
