Hi, I got a DSPs(tms320c6745), i want using tms320c6745 + SDRAM implement 8 delay line(each 1s) , but i dont know how to config EDMA3 to achieve that, Any suggestion???

We have recently integrated C674x devices in the Processor SDK RTOS release which also provide EDMA component and LLD drivers that use EDMA which you can use for reference.

If you are not using RTOS, for bare-metal RTOS, you can also refer the following code.
