Need a version of rts67plus.lib in EABI (ELF) format

I would like to generate code for the c6727 in EABI (ELF) format. When I select the option using CCS v6.1.1 it generates a fatal error on linking indicating that rts67plus.lib is in TI COFF format while the other .obj code generated is in ELF form (since we selected that). Are there versions of the .lib files for the c672x+ that are already in EABI (ELF) form that I can install? If not can you direct me on how to rebuild the installed COFF libraries into EABI (ELF) format?

The documentation indicates that the proper RTS library file should be generated automatically by the Linker. It turned out that I was specifying the Library file in the linker .cmd file which was overriding the linker's auto mode.
