Hello,
I have some inquiries about Technical Issues.
Now, There is a malfunction in the product using 'TMS320C6713B' whose Lot Number are "66AJF0T, 5CCE23T, 66AD5QT".
As below,
HPI is in the autoincremental mode and CPU is reading 16-data(reading is done evey low/high)
The values from 1st to 7th are normal but 5,6th value are delayed to 7,8th data with 15,16th data omitted.
The unexpected malfunction is when CPU is reading DSP's data through HPI, Some values are red twice,

The Block Diagram of '6713B' says that HPI is processed by EDMA having 8-Read/Write Buffers.
In order for us to confirm what values 'L2 Memory' has using Debugger, those values were normal.
As a result, there seems to be a problem in process of letting data to be transferred from 'L2 Memory' to the inner Buffer.
If It is not, Is there a condition causing this situation(Twice Data) or fault in the part?
