Does Rowboat support the YAFFS file system by default? If not, what is required to add support to the kernel?

Yes, the kernel should support YAFFS, so we can claim that we support YAFFS, but we have not tested the same in our releases.
The problem is the NAND we have on board is very limited like 256MB. We advice customers to use eMMC as it will bring down the boot time as well.
