  • Ankur, it seems like your system is hanging during INIT somewhere inside the /etc/init.d/udev script. Please put some prints (echo) inside this script to see where exactly is it hanging.

    Also make sure that you are using the kernel from SDK 06.00.00.00 and not only the file system.

  • Hi Ankur,

    Take out your SD card and put it into card reader and open it from Linux pc.

    Now go to /etc/rc5.d/ directory.
    There will be startup script which name starts with "S",
    Now find our the script which creates RSA keys,
    Just move it some other folder.
    Remove SDCard and try to boot the board.

    By this way you can narrow down a problem,
    Similarway if other scripts fails try to debug/comment/rename and use it.

    If you make the above change in rcS file then the scripts are not execut from rcX.d (e.g, rc5.d)

    Put one echo "rcS" file and check the rcS executing or not.

    Which file are initiating for sysinit "/etc/inittab" ?

    You can use your executing rcS file and mention "/bin/bash/" or try "/bin/sh" in rcS file.

    Could you please try to use NFS mount ?

    If you are trying to mount through SD card then reflash the filesystem on SD card partition.

    Try to boot in init run level 1 (inittab)
