SATA file system support through Linux for OMAP-L138

What filesystems are supported for the OMAP-L138 running Linux, when using a SATA drive?

FAT32 is preferred.

We would like to be able to write extremely large files to the SATA drive, then take it to a Windows PC to access the files.
