how to read/write the firmware of BMC controller?

I am using the following EVM:


TCIEVMK2LX

SOC: TCI6630K2L

BMC version: 1.1.06 , Stellaris  LM3S2D93 Micro-controller

I want to read the whole content of the flash memory of that micro-controller on EVM and save it on a file. And then to write that file again into that flash memory.

What would be the exact procedure for that?  I do not want to corrupt the board. Meanwhile , is there any upgrade for that file? Where can i get it from? any web link for that?
