Cirrus Logic CS42L73 Codec integration

Hello,

We are building a product based on the 6.14.01 WinCE BSP.  We are using a Cirrus Logic CS42L73 codec connected to McBSP2 rather than using the TPS659xx.

The issue that I am seeing is that this codec clocks 32 bits per phase (64 per frame), rather than the 16 bits per phase that the TPS65xxx sends.  I have tried several different modifications to the driver, and to the McBSP2 configuration, but I can’t seem to get this configuration working.  It looks to me like this driver is designed for 16 bit (or smaller) PCM.  Is that correct, or is there some settings that I am missing?

My next step will be to change it so that McBSP2 is the I2S master, but I just wanted to check to see if I have missed something before proceeding.  Has anyone else run in to this?
