    Hi Yaita-san,

    The TPD8S300 is what you're looking. It provides short-to-Vbus, overvoltage and ESD protection to the CC, Vconn, SBU1 and SBU2 lines of the USB Type-C connector. As an added bonus, the TPD8S300 incorporates ESD protection for the D+/D- data lines providing a highly integrated Type-C protection solution. With the NCP398, it looks like you're only getting CC and Vconn protection.
