unable to request sample

i have filled up form and i got approval for sample request up to 5 pcs. However, im unable to request the sample. i know this issue is not related to this forum but i dont know where to post this issue! please help.

Hi Pragash,

Please go to the Support page: http://www.ti.com/guidedsupport/docs/calltisupport.tsp , click on the Email TI link, on the new page, select IC sample request from the *Issue type" menu.

thanks for the answer. i couldnt find IC sample request under issue type but i have submitted the problem under others. thanks.
