My customer wants to ues the TPD1E04U04 for protection from ESD.
Would you tell me how to select?
They want to protect at signal line(connected to MSP430G2955).
In this case, the voltage is from 0 to 3.3V.
The TPD1E04U04 is VRMS = 3.6V, VBR = 4.5(min).
If the voltage over 5V add at signal line, can the TVS protect from?
And the minimum voltage of MSP430's signal valtage is Vcc -0.3V.
The case of Low level signal, it may be supplied at -0.3 V in some cases.
Is this a problem when it use the TPD1E04U04?
I think the TPD1E04U04 recommend operation is VIO =0V(min).
