TUSB7340 If ONLY using HS and not superspeed, can 1.1v core current be derated to ~280mA?

If i'm using TUSB7340 with 4x TUSB8040 (USB 2. HUB).  Only plan to use HS and never use SuperSpeed.

Question is can I safely use the TLV71211, LDO, 280mA for the 1.1v core rail?
