Hi,

I would like you to confirm about function of this device.

I consider following three cases.

Case 1 and Case 2 are fine but Case3 is NOT allowed on this device.

Is my understanding correct ?

If so, can we also realize same function as this device by using two USB2.0 PHY and USB3.0 PHY respectively ?

(I understood that there is no space advantage compared w/ TUSB1310A.)

Hello Machida,

The USB3 and the USB2 are not connected internally, every section is handled separately. Thereby USB2 and USB3 can be used simultaneously in the TUSB1310A. However, you must to have a separate device in each channel, une working over USB2 and other one working over USB3.
