TMDS171: TMDS171 power up sequence(Vcc/Vdd)

Hi teams.

My customer wants to know TMDS171's powerup sequence in datasheet.

Which is the power up sequence faster the Vcc/Vdd and Vdd/Vcc?

I cannot understand power up sequence follow figure in datasheet.

Hi Hayashi,

The previous datasheet requested Vdd to be applied before Vcc, this new figure tries to show the order between Vcc and Vdd doesn't matter as OE=L at least 100us(td2) after both Vcc and Vdd are stable.

Hi,

about the power-up timing,

VCC (or VDD) must be stable before VDD (or VCC) within 200us (or VCC and VDD stable within 200us),

all right?

If not verified, does this condition to lead to latch-up problems?

Hi Domenico,

td1 doesn't matter as long as td2 is met.
The concern is if you are relying on a passive OE circuit, the power ramp timing will necessarily affect the OE timing due to the internal pull-up.
