Hi,
I got a question from customer like below.
Below is history of this question.
- GPIO2 D4 is connected to OSC_SEL which controls sub-board.
- Sub-board did not operates because OSC_SEL was low.
- After removing connection between GPIO2 D4 and OSC_SEL, they connected OSC_SEL to 3.3V directly. Sub-board operated normally.
- GPIO2 D4 was low and they suspected that TCA7408’s abnormal function was root cause.
- However, when they connected GPIO2 D4 to OSC_SEL again, it worked normally and GPIO2 D4 was high.
- Now they can’t duplicate this phenomenon.
- But they are worried about issues in field.
Have you ever get a similar issue from another customer?
Could you advice for debugging below issue?
Reset pin is connected to 3.3V with pull-up resistor and INT pin is floating.
I2C communication works well.
What do I have to do check more?
Thanks in advance.
