Unfortunately, I have confirmed that we do not have an IBIS model for the TCA9555.

Another option could be to use the PCA9555 IBIS model which is found here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

The PCA9555 is similar to the TCA9555, but the TCA device has better electrical characteristics.
