We want to confirm about device functional mode.
1.
We can see the following NOTE on page 6 of datasheet.
"NOTE: Internal pullup and pulldown resistors on the IO pins are disabled when the device enters functional mode after power up."
Is the "Internal pullup and pulldown resisttors on the IO pins" meaning all the pins which has internal resistor listed in the Pin function table?
For example, JTAG pins would not be used.
Is it allowed them to float? Or is it possible to connect them to VDDIO directly?
Since there is little space to put the external component, eliminating external resistor is required as possible.
2.
The NOTE says internal PU/PD resistors are disabled when the device enters functional mode after power up.
When is the timing of which these resistors are disabled?
Could you please explain it in the following figure?
