Please refer to table 6.5 (page 6) in the DS90UB953 datasheet for the electrical characteristics of GPIO[3:0].

Hi,
For the IOH parameter, there's only the VOH testing condition mention to 4mA IOH.
What's the maxmum operation value? IOS?

Hi,

The VOH spec level is specified for IOH of 4mA sink current (i.e. -4 mA). What this means is as long as you draw no more than that current, the output voltage will exceed the VOH min spec of VDD - 0.45V to guarantee the logic high.

There is no max spec for the IOH, however this does not mean that the device cannot produce more than 4mA current or that the VOH spec will be violated for higher currents but just not guaranteed.
