DP83825I: The difference of driver between DP83825I and DP83822I

I got question about TI's PHY driver from customer.

Is the driver of DP83825I completely different from the driver of DP83822I?

My customer already developed DP83822I driver and it works well.

Can DP83822I driver apply for DP83825I with some modify?

Hi Ryo,

Yes this can be done, the DP83822 driver has been updated for exactly this purpose. You may see an example here: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/drivers/net/phy/dp83822.c.
