We’re looking for 14-pins butterfly type laser diode driver (without TEC). This laser device has a laser diode as well as photo diode for monitoring the output power.
The laser in our system is on for 100ms every second (duty cycle of 10%).
The maximum operating current is 200mA, the maximum threshold current is 30mA, and the forward voltage is 1.6V typ. (1.8V max.).
It also should be switch on and off within several 10ms max. (and drive the required output power within that time).
Do you have any recommendation which meets the above requirements?
