Hello kpk,

Please see section 8.1.1 in the THS3095 Data Sheet http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ths3095.pdf that describes your application. The circuit has 6 db gain to allow for proper CVBS video levels at the end of each terminated line.
