DS90UB925Q-Q1: Internal pull-down resister value

What specific inputs are you asking about? Generally for the unused input pins you can leave them floating. The I2C pins should be connected to external pullup and pulldown resistors for voltage divider and cannot be left open.

　How much?

The reason is that it requires a pull-up with a device connected to the above terminals.

Hello-

The UB925 uses weak active pull-downs with a nominal drive strength of ~500nA.
