Hello Aurthur,
I quickly went through your schematic. Any of our PCA devices that have a TCA variant, I would suggest using the "TCA" version as these are newer versions of the PCA devices which have corrected previous erratas found in the PCA devices. Another advantage is that these TCA devices typically have lower supply voltage thresholds than the PCA devices. I would recommend using the TCA9554A.
