TCA8418: MIN/MAX internal pull up resistance values

Hi,

Could you please let me know the MIN/MAX internal pull up resistance values of the TCA8418?
It is only mentioned in the datasheet that the TYP value of RINT is 105kohm in "6.5 Electrical Characteristics".

Hello Takishin,

We unfortunately have not characterized the amount of variation of this resistor, but based on a review of the design a conservative limit on the amount of variation should be +/- 20%. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
