Hello,
I want to use model ISO7141CCDBQ for my application. On the PCB, should pins 2-8 and 9-15 be tied together or they are connected internally?
On page 14 of the datasheet pins 2 and 15 seem like NC pins. Can you use just one of each side GND pins like that?
