Takahashi-san,

Unfortunately the TINA spice models for these devices are not available. Can you use the model of similar devices instead? SN65C1167E/1168E is the 5V RS485 transceiver that has both TX and RX channels. www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

But I could not find anything for AM26LV31. If you want, we can put request to generate a new model for that device, which might take some time. Please let me know what you think.

Sorry the webench team is still working on evaluation. Generally speaking it's common practise that TI provides IBIS models of transceivers to customers, which describe the IO electrical characteristics of the device and that's what is most cared about in application. So far SN65C1167E is the only RS485 device we have developed a spice model.
