What are the measurement conditions of TCAN1042-Q1's CI, CANH/CANL input capacitance to GND? Is it based on the ISO 11898-2 standard? If not, can you provide me with the conditions in detail?

    Hello Yokota-san,

    Yes, the measurement technique defined in ISO 11898-2 was used to measure the input capacitance of the TCAN1042's CANH and CANL pins. A 1-MHz square wave was applied through a 5-kOhm series resistance, and the time constant was measured; this time constant was then used to compute the capacitance.
