MAX3222: Capacitor rated

Hello,

Our customer use the MAX3222, have a question.

There are four capacitors for charge pump circuit.

How much the voltage rated for?

Could you give me the equivalent circuit of the charge pump?

    Naoki,

    The voltage rating for the external capacitors should be at least as high as 10V or higher like 16V.

    Please find equivalent charge pump circuit as below. The mechanism is that C1 and C3 transfer the charge to generate 2 times Vcc on V+, then C2 and C4 copy this voltage to V- with reverse polarity.
