Dear Engineers

There are two problems about my tusb4020BI,Please helo to give some advice,thanks a lot.

1.      the devide was successfully initialized,but the console also can print the information as below

2. sometims, it can not find the HUB device,please refer to below picuture.

    Hello Wei,

    Have you checked signal integrity on the upstream port?
    Another recommendation would be to get an X-ray of your board to confirm the GND/thermal pad on the device is properly soldered. We have observed abnormal device operation when the pad isn't properly soldered as it is the only GND terminal on the device.
