Hi Team,

What is the condition to change "RegionX Flash Err" bit (0x2d Byte 1-4 [9: 8]) to 1b?

Even when RegionX data is corrupted, I’ve never seen the these bits change to 1b.

Takashi-san,

Region[x]FlashErr is only set when the boot-code fails to read the contents at a region even after several attempts - Ex: When the flash is busy. This bit wouldn't be set if the data could be read successfully, irrespective of whether the content is valid or not. The validity of the region's content is indicated by 'Region[x]Invalid'/'Region[x]CrcFail'.
