Customer do the system level ESD test on our part TUSB4020 for D+ and D- PIN after ESD protector. it is still damage D+ and D- Pin when use 6KV ESD.
So they want to check the D+ and D- Pin ESD Diode parameter, such as drop voltage and max current , max tolerance power of this diode?
Customer wonder whether due to this ESD protector drop voltage is higher than ESD diode. Please help on this case.
