TPS65986: binary file (.bin) created by TPS6598x Configuration Tool

Part Number: TPS65986

Hi Team,

I believe binary file (.bin) created by "TPS6598x Configuration Tool" can be programmed to SPI Flash by any SPI Flash programming tool.
It doesn't support "TPS6598x Utilities Tool" only to program.
Is my understanding correct?
