There is no "Ioh" indication while examining the TXB0104 specification.

I want to know the "Ioh" specification of TXB0104.

Can you check it?

TXB0104 is rated to operate with a 20uA(max) load.

But I want to know the range of Min / Typ / Max, not Max Ioh.
Is it possible to check?

The output current is not determined by the TXB; it depends on the load you put on the output.

The minimum I_OH is 0 A, when nothing is connected to the output.
The typical I_OH is the actual leakage current of whatever input you have connected to the output. (The 20 µA limit implies that you must connect a CMOS input.)
