LSF0108 - Level translation from 3.3V to 1.8V

Hi,

I am using LSF0108 for translating 3.3V square wave to 1.8V square wave of 1 MHz and 25 MHz. Low level is 0V on both sides. Here I am attaching the test setup using LSF0108. I am observing the output on oscilloscope which provides capacitance of 16.9 pF including probe capacitance and oscilloscope capacitance. I am not getting proper output. Please tell whether the setup is correct or not ?
