Hi,

IC  PN:CD74HCT11 stop working.

While the input level is logic `0` on the output i see logic `1` ,this problem occur after the IC is working good for a long time.

Please advise.

    Without additional information, such as schematic , device operating conditions, and maybe a scope shot of the inputs and outputs of the device, there aren't really any suggestions we can make as to why this might be happening. If you can provide additional detailed information, we may be able to make suggestions which could prevent this issue.

    If you feel that your device is not operating as specified, it is recommended to work with the local sales/distribution team in order to see what action you can take into getting this device analyzed for the failure.
