LSF0204: Index area of YZP package

Part Number: LSF0204

Hi all,

The mechanical data of LSF0204YZP shows that the index is at position of A1.
But "7 Pin Configuration and Functions" on Page 3 shows the index is at the position of A3.

Which is the correct position of the index?

    Hello Toshi-san,
    The mechanical drawing page is what you should reference for mechanical information. The drawing on the pin function table is just an illustration and does not reflect the actual dimensions of the device in any way.

    ***** Update *****

    We have found that the mechanical drawing on this part is incorrect. The drawing is being updated to match the real part, which has the marking on the A3 ball corner of the device. The datasheet pinout diagram will also be updated to match.
