TI Part Num: TXS0108EPW (Not Q1 device)

Could you tell me if Ta max 125 degrees C on page 6 is correct or not in 6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions?

Because Op Temp of this device states "-40 to 85" in packaging information on page 25.

If it is correct, can you advise how we explain about the discrepancy of Op Temp?

Hello,

This device was initially qualified for 85C and based on a customer request could have been temp extended to 125C. However, I need to confirm if this is right and where is the disconnect.

will let you know once i get the confirmation.

Hi,

It seems that the 125c is not right. I have initiated a correction request to update this to 85C which will match the POA.

The datasheet has been updated to indicate 85C operating temp and it should be live tomorrow.
