Part Number: SN74LVC125A

May I know the SN74LVC125A can be used in the wifi SDIO interface? does it support >100Mbps(max)?

Thanks.

    Hi Ladisch,

Could you get me a reference part number?

I have check the SN74LVC125A of the Tdp

    Hi Ladisch,

Could you get me a reference part number?

I have check the SN74LVC125A of the Tpd is 4.8ns at 3.3V, and the SN74LVC1G17 of the Tpd is 4.6ns at 3.3V. Base on the Tpd performance, both solution can support 200MHz Fmax. May I also suggest the SN74LVC125A to customer? or Could you get me a reference part number? Thanks.

All LVC devices, including the SN74LVC125A, support 100 Mbps.

Why are you mentioning 200 MHz? Do you need 400 Mbps?

  • In reply to Clemens Ladisch:

    Hey Gary,

This device can achieve the data rate you mentioned and it is fine to suggest it for this application.

    Thanks for your support,

May I learn from you about Fmax? I can find this parameter at the datasheet. Could you let me know I how to know this data or how to calculate it? Thanks.

  • In reply to GaryC:

For practical purposes, '125 and '244 have the same speed.
