can lcd sceens like the 20x4 sceens be run on the c2000.

I am asking this as I am confused if you can or not as I see there is a library for them in energia.

also how many interrupt pin on the c2000

There are no libraries for LCD parallel interface and there seems no work done on the same by any community member. Serial-LCD can be interfaced easily, be it 16x2, 20x4 etc...

If you're inquiring about external interrupts - F28027 controller in C2000 launchpad, there are 3.

is there libraries some where for Serial LCD

the project its for only needs a 20 x 4 lcd

You don't need any specific library for serial lcd, you can use the same SCI/SPI peripheral library.
