I want to know About fault injection of eFuse ECC Logic.
If I want to inject a failure to ECC logic of eFUSE, do you write a value other than 0x5362F97F in the following part of "32.3.2.5 eFuse ECC Logic Self Test" ?
「Write 0x5362F97F to the self test signature register (EFCSTSIG) at address 0xFFF8C04C.」
