Hi. Thanks for the reply. I am really new to the MSP430 and CCSV6  therefore I may some things to be clared;  

I downloaded the zip folder from the http://software-dl.ti.com/msp430/msp430_public_sw/mcu/msp430/MSP-EXP430FR5969/latest/index_FDS.html. Are these files to be imported to the CCSV6? If so which files to import to where for the installation? Please guide me.

Likely, even though bundled, the MSP does not come with the firmware pre-installed.
The ZIP file does not only contain the source code, but also pre-built binaries and the tools to flash them.
The binary folder contains all demo codes as pre-built binaries, along with a CMD file to run the also included MSP flasher tool.
Drivers and documentation contain links to the documentation as well as to the driver to access the board from the PC.
In the source folder, there are the source codes for all demos. However, they seem to be not directly importable projects. Well, I never used IAR or CCS so I don’t exactly know how to import them. But for running the demo, you only need the binary folder and the windows drivers.

This is interesting. Your explanations helped me to simply needed answers for my many questions. MSP430 enabled EVMs and other; how does it proactive for relevant outcome using relevant entities such as; Firm-Ware, Drivers and documentation, source-folders and windows-drivers etc.
