Hi,

I am using MSP430F672x.

If you do not want to use the ADC, how do I process the VREF pin?

 

I believe we want to connect to GND, but from Section 77 of the data sheet (SLAS731C)

Range of VREF input voltage is turned 1.0V ~ 1.5V.

    If you don’t use the ADC, then the reference generator should be unused (off) too. And the VREF pin should be floating. No need to connect it to anything. Only digital inputs should have a defined input level (to avoid cross-currents in the digital input buffer)
