How to erase BSL memory on msp430f5438a

Hi, obviously my the original BSL firmware of the device is screwed up. I have the original BSL text file downloaded. The problem is that I cant erase the BSL memory before writing in it. The tools I am using are IAR ew for MSP430, MSP_Flasher -> FET430UIF. Thanks in advance!

You can find information on erasing the BSL memory here:

Page 13 covers the project settings which could prove helpful. I am working on a board to see if I can erase the BSL memory before writing in it, but in the meantime hopefully the link will help.
