How to use msp432 with cc3100 and free rtos?

Hi.

I want to send some tcp packets using cc3100 with msp432. Also I am using Free RTOS as my choice of RTOS. Does anyone know how to get the simplest application up and running with free rtos, msp432 and cc3100.

Any help would be valuable. Thanks.

There is a pre-configured FreeRTOS example for the MSP432, for multiple compilers, which will get you up and running with FreeRTOS on that hardware very quickly - presumably from there you can then add in the additional drivers you require for the comms.

Hi. Thanks Richard for the link. I am able to run Free RTOS fine now on the MSP432.

@David, I would be glad if you could point me to the right direction on integrating the tcp examples with the cc3100.

Hi Abhishek Pandey,

Please start with the cc3100 sdk (www.ti.com/.../cc3100sdk), all the examples that are implemented on the MSP430F5529 (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC31xx_SDK_Sample_Applications) can be migrated to the MSP432.

Can you give me some pointers on the steps involved in migrating an MSP430 CC3100 example to MSP432. Like what are the files I would have to change. That would be really helpful.
