Where can I get the Tjmax(junction temperature max) information of MSP430F5438A and MSP430G2553?

    For F4338A, it's in section 5, Table 5.1.

    For the G part, I will need to submit a special request. Who is this for?
    We dont typically spec this for value line parts.

    By "don't normally spec this", I meant it will have to be tested. I can share via e2e once that's done, though. :-)

    Which package for the 2553?

    Also is there a specific power level they want to spec for? 

    Or do they have specific power modes, voltage, and speeds?

    I'll submit the request once I have this data, but it will take us time to run the test.

    They just want to get typical Tjmax data as F5438A.

    For the G2553
    Theta JA is 72.2 and Theta JC (top) is 18.3

    One of my customer in AA also requesting Tj max value of MSP430G2955.
    Could you provide me and Ted about your test results if you've done, via email?

    For my customer's case, they want over 95C Tj max as F5xx/F6xx datasheets have.
    It is very important for me to deliver this within a week.

    With my cases, Customer uses MSP430G2955IRHA40 with 3.0V, 1MHz and only use active mode.

    MSP430G2553IPW28: Fit Rate: 2.9 FIT at Ea 0.7eV and Test read point 1000 Hours.
