I used to  SLAA203C.PDF and MSP430FE427  do a electronic electricity meter
 But the amount is not out of the correct voltage and current. Who can teach me how to use.
 Voltage use divider resistors 1500/999000 is
 Current section is HAS100-S current signal  switch to voltage signal 大約0.1V
 Who can teach me what program needs to change?
