Hi,

The data sheet describes the following:
This accuracy is 5%.
Is this accuracy guaranteed within the guaranteed operating temperature(-40℃ to 150℃)?
If not, please provide temperature variation information.

Hi Yusuke,

The accuracy is guaranteed over ambient temperature TA = –40°C to the maximum-operating junction temperature TJ = 150°C.

Please notice the the 150°C is junction temperature (TJ).

TPS65381A-Q1 is a grade 1 device which means that the maximum recommended ambient operating temperature 125°C. Operating the device in ambient temperatures above 125°C is not recommended.

Do you have data that shows the relationship between temperature change and frequency change?

For the system frequency clock parameter we only provide the max and min frequency for TPS65381A-Q1.
