Our customer are interested in LM34296.However there are some concerns.
- Is this device assumed the operation in VIN=100V even if it's instantaneous?
The absolute maximum voltage at VIN is 100V. The voltage of BST pin will exceed 100V when it operate VIN=100V.
However there is no definition BST to GND.
- In relation with above question, does the internal MOSFET has the absolute maximum voltage same as VIN?
The customer's application is telecom. They are concerned about the situation, such as around VIN=100V
