These parts (DM505/TDA3x/DRA78x) have been out in various "beta" versions for over a year. TI says most of the parts are "active" status, but no production parts from any of these series are available in distribution. Is TI serious about selling these or is it about to drop the whole thing--or are these parts only for companies like Samsung or General Motors? When will any of these parts be available in "production" versions in distribution?
